APPLE CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 lg. GA cooking apples
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. orange juice or water

Peel and cut apples into eighths. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make 15 triangles. Place an apple slice at wide end of each triangle and roll up. Arrange in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Drizzle with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over rolls. Pour orange juice or water into pan (not over rolls). Bake for 20 minutes.
