APPLE CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 lg. Georgia cooking apples (peeled & cut into eighths)
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. orange juice or water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each in half lengthwise to make 16 triangles. Place an apple slice at wide end of each triangle, roll up. Arrange in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Drizzle with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over rolls. Pour orange juice or water into pan, but not over rolls. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 16 rolls.
