APPLE CRUNCH PIE 
5 c. grated or chopped apples
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 sm. can shredded coconut
1 stick butter

Mix dry ingredients. Chop up butter, and add to dry ingredients and mix. Mix 1/2 of this mixture with the apples. Pour apple mixture into unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle remaining half of dry ingredient mixture on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
