NORWEGIAN SALMON 
2 lbs. Norwegian salmon, cleaned and gutted
2 tbsp. salt
1 bunch scallions
1 bunch parsley
1 stick butter
1 sprig dill (or 1 tsp.)

Make tin foil tent. Place fish in middle. Salt fish inside and outside. In small bowl - parsley, dill, scallions - cut up. (Stuffing mixture). Place stuffing mixture in middle of fish. 3 tablespoons butter in middle of fish, 3 tablespoons butter on outside of fish. Wrap fish in foil tent. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Salmon is ready when it pulls fro skin easily and is light pink. Serves 4 people.
