2 boxes Jello (3 oz. any flavor)
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 box vanilla instant pudding (3 oz.)
1 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix Jello and hot water until dissolved. Then add cold water. Let Jello harden. In a bowl mix pudding and milk and beat. Add Cool Whip and beat. Spread pudding mixture over Jello. Refrigerate until set.
