TAPIOCA JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
3 c. water
3 oz. pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 med. Cool Whip

Add water to tapioca in saucepan. Cook and bring to a boil. Take off of heat and add Jello. Stir until well dissolved. Cool in a bowl of ice water. Add medium size Cool Whip and fruit, if desired. Makes about 10 servings.
