LEMON BARS 
1 lemon cake mix with pudding
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Melt 1 stick of butter. Mix with 1 egg and cake mix. Pat in bottom of 9x12 inch pan (spray pan with Pam or grease with butter before you pat in crust) to form crust; set aside.

Mix together softened cream cheese, 2 eggs and box of sugar. Pour over crust mixture. Bake in 325 degrees preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, then cut into bars.
