EASY LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 18 1/2 oz. with pudding
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix, oil and egg well. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture for topping. Pat the rest of the mixture in ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Spread carefully over baked crust. Crumble remaining cake mix mixture over top and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Refrigerate.
