FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour

Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased pizza pan or medium cookie sheet.

1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread on cooled crust.

FRUIT LAYER:

3 apples sliced, not peeled

Drain and save juice.

20 oz. can pineapple
11 oz. can mandarine
1/4 lb. green grapes
1/4 lb. fresh blueberries or strawberries

Arrange in rings on pizza crust.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. pineapple juice (add water if not enough juice)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. juice

Cook until thick, cool slightly. Pour over fruit. Cool in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip if desired.
