1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (room temperature)
1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. horseradish

Beat ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Cover. Chill to allow flavors to blend together. Makes approximately 1 2/3 cups. Serve as dip or spread with vegetables or crackers.
