GARY'S SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. onion, diced and minced
2 tbsp. of prepared horseradish
1 can of cocktail shrimp or fresh shrimp if available (diced)

Mix all of the above and form into a ball and place in dip tray bowl. Then mix your sauce.

COCKTAIL SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. of prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Pour cocktail sauce over the shrimp ball and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers. Delicious.
