CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2-3 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate (optional)
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat milk into cream cheese 1 tablespoon at a time. Gradually beat in most of the sugar, then vanilla and chocolate. Beat in enough sugar to make a good spreading consistency.
