ZUCCHINI FRUIT BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped dates
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. raisins
2 c. coarsely ground unpared zucchini

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to above mixture. Then add dates, coconut, raisins and zucchini.

Bake in a greased 10 x 15 inch pan, 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly and top with glaze while warm.

GLAZE:

Mix together 1 tablespoon melted butter, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup powdered sugar. Pour over baked ingredients. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup chopped nuts. Cut into bars.
