BREAKFAST BAKE 
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. shredded cheese
2 lbs. ground sausage, browned
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans milk

Place croutons in a 9"x13" pan. Cover with cheese and then meat. Beat eggs, mustard and milk. Pour over layers and refrigerate overnight. Mix soup and milk. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
