AMISH PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 baked pie shell
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together well. Place in baked pie shell, saving back 1 tablespoon. Prepare vanilla pudding according to box directions; cool and spread on top of peanut butter mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of reserved peanut butter crumbs.
