1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded American cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Brown beef and onions and then drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread into pie plate. Beat milk, bisquick and eggs until smooth. Mix with mixer at high speed. Pour into pie plate over beef. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake again until knife inserted into center comes out clean. (5 to 8 minutes)
