HOT POTATO SALAD 
Use 5 pounds potatoes. Boil in their jackets (don't peel). When cook, dice.

1 qt. mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
4 oz. bacon bits

Stir mixture into potatoes. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 to finish melting the cheese and blending the flavor.

This amount of salad will serve about 25 to 30 people.
