CHILI WITH BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
Diced onion
2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
1 can tomato sauce
Ketchup
Cayenne pepper
Chili powder
Basil
Oregano

In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain well. Add seasonings (according to taste), tomato sauce, and ketchup. Stir well and simmer. Open cans of kidney beans and drain well. Add to skillet and return to simmer. Just before serving, placed grated Cheddar cheese in bottom of bowls, add chili, and top with more cheese. Serve with saltine crackers or corn bread muffins.
