LUSCIOUS CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. milk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Bake cake mix according to directions on box on greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 cake pan (for 20-30 minutes); cool. Mix 1 cup milk with instant vanilla pudding; let stand.

Use electric beater to mix cream cheese and Cool Whip in a large bowl. Add pudding mixture; whip with beater. Spread on cooled cake, then spread drained pineapple. Sprinkle coconut and nuts; refrigerate overnight.
