LASAGNA 
1 recipe Dulcie's spaghetti sauce
6 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
4-6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put a spoonful of spaghetti sauce in bottom of the pan. Put 3 cooked noodles in bottom of pan. Put a light covering of meat sauce over noodles. In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg. Spread over meat sauce. Sprinkle a little of both cheese over meat sauce. Add 3 more noodles and more sauce.

Bake at 350 degree oven until good and bubbly (about 30-45 minutes). Sprinkle top with cheeses. Take out of oven and let sit for at least 5 minutes before cutting. May be frozen and cooked later.

DULCIE'S SPAGHETTI OR LASAGNA SAUCE:

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 qt. tomatoes
1/2 jar Prego sauce
Black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Brown hamburger; add onion and celery and cook until onion is transparent. Put in a Dutch oven and add other ingredients. Cook on low for at least 2 hours. Serve over spaghetti noodles, or use to make a lasagna, or double the recipe and have spaghetti and freeze lasagna.
