GUACAMOLE COCKTAIL SPREAD 
1 lg. avocado
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. chili sauce
Dash cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 tsp. or more salt

Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove pit. Scoop outside of avocado and mix with other ingredients. Adjust seasonings and stuff the avocado halves with this mixture. Chill and serve with whole wheat bread or tortilla chips. Yield: 12 servings.
