TUNA SALAD 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish
1 (4 oz.) can shoestring potatoes
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
3/4-1 c. salad dressing

Separate tuna into chunks. Add carrots, celery, onion and salad dressing. Toss until tuna is well coated with dressing. Cover and chill. Just before serving add shoe string potatoes.
