LAZY PIEROGI 
1 lb. spiral noodles, cooked
1 lg. can sauerkraut or 2 lbs. cottage cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cut up
1 can mushroom soup
Fresh mushrooms (12 oz.), cut up
2 sticks butter

Cook noodles and set aside. Saute cut up bacon, drain off fat; set aside. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and cottage cheese or sauerkraut with juice. Simmer for 30 minutes. Put noodles, bacon and mushrooms, sauerkraut or cottage cheese mixture into roast pan. Stir well, cover and heat in 350 degree oven until well heated through.
