MOM'S LONDON BROIL 
1 oyster cut London Broil
French's prepared mustard
Tenderizer
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
2 sm. bunches scallions
Oil
Worcestershire sauce

Trim all fat from meat. Sprinkle meat on both sides with tenderizer and pierce with fork. Spread both sides with mustard. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

Place mushrooms into oil in skillet. Brown and let simmer. Add Worcestershire sauce and scallions (which have been sliced diagonally). Let simmer. Broil steak for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. When steak is done, save drippings and add to sauce. Cut meat on platter diagonally. Add sauce to top of sliced London Broil.
