BEEF HASH FOR CROCKPOT 
2 or 3 c. beef, cooked and cut up
2 (10 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 onion, finley chopped
1/4 c. butter or marg., melted
1 c. gravy or beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours (on high for 2 or 3 hours. Serves 4. Double recipe for 5 quart crockpot.
