CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice 1 can Green Giant Mexicorn 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter 2 c. grated cheddar cheese Cook rice according to package directions. In casserole dish, mix rice, corn, and butter and allow butter to melt. Add soup and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with grated cheese and bake at 325 degrees until bubbly on top. |
