CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken breast
4 oz. sliced almonds
4 oz. rice noodles
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 head lettuce

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. white vinegar
4 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix chicken, almonds, rice, noodles, onions, and lettuce together. Prepare dressing. Pour over salad and mix. Delicious.
