MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can mushroom soup (cream)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion and 1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. medium picante sauce
Chili powder to taste
10 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
1 dozen flour tortillas

Brown meat, onions, and bell pepper; add soups, picante sauce, and chili powder to taste and simmer for 15 minutes. Layer meat, tortillas, and cheese, making two layers; tear tortillas in pieces. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
