POTATO - SAUSAGE HOTDISH 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown pork sausage. Drain. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers ending with sausage. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese.
