BEET JELLY 
3 c. beet juice
4 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
Sure-Jell
Strawberry or raspberry Jello

Combine lemon juice and Sure-Jell, bring to boil. Add 4 cups sugar and again boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add Jello. Stir until Jello dissolves. Put in jars.
