SPOON ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 stick, butter, melted (3/4 c. or 12 tbsp.)
1 egg
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
4 c. self rising flour

Mix yeast, water, butter, sugar and egg. Add the flour and stir until well mixed (dough will be soft). Grease muffin tins filling 1/2 full. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
