HOMEMADE QUICK MIX 
Never buy Bisquick again!

This is a very versatile mix and is most economical and delicious. It replaces Bisquick and you can say you made it yourself. Store in large jar, label and use within 3 months.

8 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. dry milk
2 1/4 c. Crisco

In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients. Using a pastry blender cut in Crisco until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. That is all there is to it.
