CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 lg. stalk celery, chopped
1 sm. box raisins soak in pineapple juice & drain
1 1/2 c. green grapes, sliced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 apples, chopped
Mayonnaise to mix

Boil chicken - debone. Chop into bite size pieces. Mix together all ingredients, then stir in mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce leaf with wheat crackers.
