BANANA PUDDING (LOW - CAL) 
2 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. low fat milk

Beat on low speed.

1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Continue to beat and add:

1 c. sour cream

Continue beating. Prepare dish with layers of wafers and bananas. Pour approximately 1/2 of the mixture over layer. Place another layer of wafers and bananas. Add remaining pudding mixture. Make 24 hours before serving.
