ELEPHANT STEW 
1 elephant
2 rabbits (optional)
Salt and pepper
50 lbs. carrots
50 lbs. potatoes
50 lbs. onions

Cut the elephant into bite size pieces. This should take about 2 months. Add brown gravy to cover elephant. Add vegetables. Cook over kerosene fire for about 4 weeks at 465 degrees. This will serve about 3, 000 people. If more are expected add rabbits, but do this only if necessary as most people don't like HARE in their stew.
