RICE PUDDING 
1 gallon milk
12 eggs
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. raw rice (no Minute rice)
Sugar to taste
Vanilla

Cook all ingredients except eggs in a heavy pot. When rice is soft and done, beat eggs and add to mixture. Add 1 tablespoon real vanilla for every quart of milk to pudding. If mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to pudding.
