2 1/2-3 lbs. pot roast or round steak
1 pkg. Lipton onion-soup mix

Put the meat on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil big enough to wrap it in. Sprinkle the onion-soup mix on top of it, drug store wrap, airtight, around it and put in a baking pan.

Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. You can open it up, if you like, an hour or so before it is done and surround it with potatoes and carrots. Refold foil and bake about an hour. Serves 5.
