1 box yellow cake mix
1 env. Dream Whip
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. coconut
1 c. black walnuts (pieces)

Mix cake mix, Dream Whip, eggs and water real well. Fold in coconut and walnuts. Bake in greased and floured 9-inch pans at 350 degrees until done, about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla, beating well. Spread over cooled cake.
