PEACH AMBROSIA 
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 c. seedless grape halves
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 (16 oz.) cans peach halves, drained & chilled
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Combine first 5 ingredients and stir in sour cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mound in peach halves and sprinkle with almonds. NOTE: This may be served as a dessert or a salad.
