CHOCOLATE WALNUT PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. Amaretto or Kahlua
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 pie shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in glass pie plate. Mix eggs, butter, sugar and syrup. Add walnuts, chocolate and Amaretto or Kahlua. Pour into pie shell. Cover edge of pie crust with foil to prevent over browning. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake another 30 minutes.
