WALNUT CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1/2 c. chocolate chips
4 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Dash of salt

Line pie plate with pastry. Sprinkle chocolate chips in bottom. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir in walnuts and salt. Pour filling into pastry. Cover edge of pie with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes longer. Cool.
