GREEN CHILI 
2 lb. beef (beef stew meat)
2 lb. pork (pork steak)
Clove of garlic
1 lg. tomato (2 1/2 cans)
Salt & pepper
4 cans Ortega green chili peppers (hot, roasted, toasted)

Cube meat and flour; brown in small amount of shortening. Put pork in saucepan with water to cover, cook until almost done and add diced, browned beef. Chop clove of garlic, add to above. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook at low heat until done, stirring occasionally. Chop up green chilies, add. Put in can of tomatoes the last 10 minutes. Add more green chilis for hotter mixture.
