BACON AND CABBAGE SLAW 
8 slices bacon, fried, drained & crumbled
1 sm. cabbage, shredded (about 3 c.)
2 ribs of celery, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. fresh minced parsley
1 cucumber, pared, seeded & grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and serve.
