ARLENE'S CARROT BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 2/3 c. oil 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. grated carrots (about 5 carrots) Mix all and pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Great warm at breakfast or tea time. |
