BAKED ORANGE ROUGHY 
1 lb. orange roughy fillets
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried crushed thyme
1/4 tsp. dried crushed basil
1/2 tsp. Schilling Lemon & Pepper seasoning

In microwave dish, melt butter; turn fish fillets to coat both sides with butter. Arrange fish in dish and sprinkle on top with chopped onion, celery and seasonings. Microwave on high, turning dish once, until fish is done; about 10 minutes. If using frozen fillets, allow more cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
