LEMON LUSH 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, soft
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/2 of 12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. confectionary sugar
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding, prepared as directed

FIRST LAYER: Mix well the flour and butter. Press into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER: Blend well cream cheese, Cool Whip, confectionary sugar in mixer. Spread on first layer when cool.

THIRD LAYER: Spread lemon pudding on second layer.

Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
