LEMON LUSH 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding

Mix flour and butter until like pie crust. Add chopped nuts and pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix lemon instant pudding with 3 cups milk. Layer that over cream cheese mixture. Then add Cool Whip over that and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
