CHERRY DELIGHT 
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/8 c. brown sugar
2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
5 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. 10x sugar
1 1/2 small containers of Cool Whip
1 pkg. clear jel (follow directions on box to make a gravy like mixture)
2 qt. cherries and juice
Red food coloring

Use a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Combine butter, brown sugar and cracker crumbs and press on bottom of pan. Blend cream cheese, milk, 10x sugar and Cool Whip and spread over graham cracker layer.

Boil cherry juice. When juice is boiling stir in clear jel mixture until it thickens. Add about 8 to 10 drops of red food coloring. Add cherries and let cool before spreading over cream cheese layer.
