CHICKEN AND STUFFING 
2 chicken breasts
Bread cubes
Celery
Onion
Oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken breast. Bone chicken, 3 to 4 cups. Make 3 cups bread cubes (3/4 c. diced celery, 1 cup small onion in 1/3 cup butter). Add bread cubes to above. Over this add 1 beaten egg, and 1/4 cup milk. Pour over bread cubes. Chicken on bottom. Pour undiluted cream of chicken soup over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
