LIVER DUMPLING SOUP 
1 lb. soup beef
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 stalks chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cover with water. Simmer until meat is tender.

DUMPLINGS:

1 lb. liver, ground
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. minced onion, brown in 1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper

Blend all ingredients. Mold in balls the size of walnuts, using flour on the fingers. Drop into boiling stew and boil uncovered for 20 minutes.
